If you submit a lead form on TikTok, TikTok initially collects your information and makes it available to Reeltok. TikTok processes information under its own privacy policy. We may also use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, file storage, payments and business administration. They may process information only as needed to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with professional advice.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you book with us, relevant booking, transaction and contractual records may be retained for up to six years to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.

Security and international transfers

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use recognised safeguards designed to protect that information.
